About me
As a young child, I attended a symphony concert and immediately became fascinated with the violin. Born and raised in Texas, I began Suzuki violin lessons in kindergarten, and music became my life’s passion.
I’m a certified Suzuki violin teacher and professional orchestral violinist. In my music studio, I aim to inspire my students to find the joy in making music and to play pieces they love. I focus on encouraging creativity and curiosity, urging students to ask questions and seek answers with enthusiasm, whether they are young learners or taking adult beginner violin lessons.
My education includes a Bachelor of Music degree from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and a Master of Music degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where I also offer San Francisco violin lessons.
